From bedroom DJ to Buzzlife resident to Perfecto artist to MK2AM co-founder, Micke’s career in electronic music has always been one to watch. After attracting the attention of the legendary Scott Henry in the late 1990’s, he landed a position with Deep Dish’s Yoshitoshi and took to the road with Sandra Collins, forging a multi-decade creative partnership that lasts to this day. With a discography that now includes names such as Perfecto, Pro B Tech, Dissident, Charlie May, Noel Sanger, Justin Scott Dixon aka Voyager, Dominion, Alex Whalen, Seth Vogt, and more, he’s become one of the driving forces behind the reemergence of melodic progressive in the United States.

Over the last few years, Micke has taken that mission worldwide, first by co-founding the global podcast and radio network 21C Progressive House with good friend James Thelis, and then by co-founding MK2AM with longtime collaborator Alex Whalen. In 2023, Micke & Alex Whalen will be debuting their B2B talents with performances across North America. A true performer at heart, and now a respected producer, Micke has truly become a complete electronic artist.
